THE HOLIDAY PARK
Auchengower Holiday Park sits on high ground overlooking Loch Long, only a half an hour drive from Loch Lomond and under an hour away from Glasgow, containing a mix of permanent caravans and holiday homes.
Eleven Mansion View has one of the best spots in the park, with unimpeded views of loch and the hills beyond, both from the open plan living area and the patio.
Watch out for regular outings by Britain's submarines and warships from RNAD Coulport.
